1. General rules and definitions

The company EXGO.COM (in the following “the platform operator”) is a service center and provides consumers (in the following “clients”) with gift certificate, wellness and entertainment services, and excursions. EXGO offers services from service providers (in the following “providers”) which have all necessary permissions and licenses to ensure quality service.

EXGO does not organize excursions or provide services. The contract for services concludes between the Client and the corresponding Provider.

This terms cover relationships between EXGO and the Client. They are not applied to services ordered.

The process of payment involves payment gateway service providers (i.e. to service Paypal, Visa and Mastercard payments, in the following “payment gateways”) Security of bank details, provided during payment, is ensured by Payment Gateways.

2. Ordering services at website exgo.com

The Client selects category, service or certificate, quantity and press “Add to Basket” button. At this moment the user can select another product or proceed to checkout. At checkout all relevant data and overall price are displayed, and the Client enters his contact data, as well as the payment method.

If the product or service doesn’t need a confirmation of Provider (it will be mentioned on the checkout page), the Client can proceed to payment. The following payment methods are available: payment by PayPal, payment by JCC, cash payment (see p.4). According to payment method selected, user gets into corresponding payment gateway (provided by corresponding Payment Gateways companies).

If the product or service needs a confirmation of Provider, the Client will receive confirmation of his order and will be contacted by EXGO manager in 5 minutes. After all the details will be confirmed by Partner and approved by the Client, the Client will receive a direct link to procced with the payment.

After receiving money onto EXGO accoung, the Client gets payment confirmation on email and text message on phone number provided in contact details.

3. Checking status of the order

The Client will receive the information about the order and the status on the e-mail that should be provided during the registration process.

4. Processing of cash payments

The Client can pay in cash at the EXGO office. Address: Christaki Kranou, 12, Potamos Germasogias, 4041 Limassol, Cyprus. To proceed with payment, the Client will need to provide order number (either from confirmation email or from text message). EXGO manager receives funds and marks this booking as paid.

5. Performing of the services

Performing of the services ordered at the website exgo.com lies within the responsibility of the Provider and the Client. EXGO does not take over any guarantee for the contracts concluded between the Provider and the Client; at the same time EXGO by means of its service center resolves issues arrised the best way possible.

6. Prices and taxes

The prices published on the website EXGO include VAT (where applicable) as well as all other taxes and expences. No further taxes and expences are incurred during the service consumption, except extra features mentioned on the product page, which can be additionally purchased by the Client during his or her experience and only by good will of the Client.

7. Cancellations & Refund

The Client may cancel or change services booked no later than 3 days before the provision of services. The Platform Operator will make the refund in 30 days. In the event of the Client does not show for the service ordered, the service cost is non-refundable. The Client agrees to pay any cancellation or change fees that he incurs.

8. Safety of the data

User data are only used during processing of the services ordered. Safety of the payment details is provided by the corresponding Payment Gateways.

9. Final Clause

These Terms and Conditions are subject to the law of the Respublic of Cyprus.

If individual provisions of these terms of use are not valid or become void and/or contradict to the legal provisions, the validity of the remaining clauses of these terms remains intact. The invalid provision is replaced unanimously by such a clause that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid one in a legally valid way. The afore-mentioned regulation is applied correspondingly in terms of regulatory gaps.
